Instructions

This form is for registering to access the awards entry system. The Default Entry Profile is the address for your business; if you are an agency representing multiple entrants, please enter your own agency details here - you can add your client details once you are registered. The following fields are required:

• Email
• Password (+ confimation)
• Name
• Business/Organisation
• Position
• Address line 1
• Postcode
• Phone
• Website

Entries cannot be entered from third parties (e.g. PR agencies) and must submitted directly by the owner or an employee of the business
